For us to raise speed issues with OFNL we need you to try a few things first:
1) Restart your router - if this helps, then it could be WiFi interference from other nearby users.
2) Run a speed test from https://portal.ofnl.co.uk/speedtest (tests here are logged in their systems) preferably with:
- All other devices aside from the one testing being turned off/disconnected (to eliminate one device using all the capacity from the others)
- Repeated at different times of day so we can clearly show OFNL its a time related issue
- From a couple of devices (to prove its not a single device issue), if possible with one (such as a laptop) wired to the router rather than wireless.
3) Send over a picture of how things are currently connected. In many properties the router can be relocated with the use of a patch cable, however this is dependant on there being internal wiring installed by the property developer.
When contacting us, please ensure you let us know if this has been ongoing or whether this is an issue that has only just started.
